Purchasing any item in Wisconsin with a value exceeding $25.00 according to Chapter 423 of the Wisconsin Statutes can be cancelled with a three day notice.  This applies to solicitations that do not occur between a buyer and seller in the merchant's place of business such as an eBay listing.  There is a Federal Consumer Protection Act 6500 that appears to provide a Three Day Right Of Rescission as well.
