Autobroker will misrepresent the vehicle. Even the emails will be full of lies. After the close of the auction Autobroker will demand a payment asap to hold vehicle for you. The documentation for the sale will include the Sold as is clause inorder to eliminate the liability for the misrepresentation. You must have vehicle inspected by third party before going forward. It is also wise to check with the Better Business Bureau and State Attorney Generals office to see if there are any complaints against this individual. Many times the seller will drag the settlement negotiation beyond the feedback date then blow you off so you can't warn other buyers.
