We too were almost taken by the person selling the Polaris Ranger for $2900 US from Chicago Illinois.  He was very eager to sell, but suggested to look over the buyer protection offered through EBAY, and wanted payment through VISA, stating that he would take care of shipping and taxes.  I have included his link:
