if seller is legitimate he will never ask to wire money out of country and a very small deposit that you can afford to lose should be sent, no more. ebayers can hack legitimate sellers feedback. my experience says i will never pay in full until i personally pickup or see car. i paid 21K for a rust free car without personally inspecting it and when it arrived by truck it wasn't. i had no recourse. if it sounds to good to be true it usually isn't.
