I have noted that since I have had my incident with eastcoastwholesales others have had similar issues. I received a threatening email from the President of the company demanding I remove my negative feedback or he would call me everyday. Then I get the request to mutually withdraw my feedback (I didn't). The next thing I know I get a message from ebay stating that eascoastwholesales claimed I did not pay for an item that I received. I had a paypal number and proof that I paid for the item. It was just a form of harrassment from eastcoastwholesales to make my life miserable. I'm in the military, he picked the wrong person to harrass, my feathers don't ruffle that easy. Of course Mr. McKinney left nasty feedback about me (my only one) and said I was rude. My feedback only stated that if I had seen the $36 shipping charge I would not have bid on the $7 item. In the end I received an email from the "new" President of eastcoastsales Lindsay Ward asking me to withdraw my negative feedback and she would credit my account $25. She stated that Craig McKinney was no longer the president of eastcoastsales. The email address that "Lindsay" used was the same one McKinney had been using all along. I found it amusing that this person stated "woman power to change the world". Please. I think ebay should pay attention to sellers who consistently have a high number of mutually withdrawn feedbacks. Had McKinney not ticked me off with his rude email and outrageous feedback, I probably would have withdrawn my feedback or at least amended it so he'd feel better about it. I find it funny that he always calls the person who left negative feedback rude and/or insults them. Trust me, you should be careful when dealing with the company. The product was great (which I said in my feedback), but the shipping was buried in the ad (my fault for not seeing it; which I admitted in my feedback). The owner with the knife for a tongue and coal for a heart is the one not to be trusted. As they said in A Few Good Men: (eastcoastwholesales) you can't handle the truth! Unsatisfied buyers beware!
