It's nice to write something on ebay platform.. I started selling on eBay just a month ago and soo far sold some stuff for good profit. Once thing I would like to share is that. Your success on ebay depends on where and how cheap you get your stuff from!!. Some of tips from my experience.

1) Do not buy any third party sotware which says you can find hot items..
2) If you looking forward selling something say stepper motors. best way willl be to type it in ebay search bar and see if anyone is powerseller or not by seling those items. this will show this item is in demand. you can also research it simply listing something for .99 and see how many watchers you get... this way you will have an idea to see if this product is in demand or not.
3) You have to sell something for less or even no profit.. on ebay to get feel.. eBay is not what it used to be 3-4 years ago.. I will explain that later

4) Do not stress about eBay fees because most of us are simply not rely on ebay for living.. tell me who will buy your stuff within 5 days... and you dont' have to any work??? all you have to do list your item.. you dont' have to do marketing, newsletters, promotions etc..

5) Do not copy stuff from other sellers listing
6) Do not go for make money on ebay kit
7) find reliable source of wholesalers.
well this is the best part, as mentioned above the main thing on success on ebay is wholesale suppliers.. Finding one is really daunting tasks. and may take weeks or even months to find reliable suppliers.

There are many company out there such as wholesalebrands, art.com , doba, etc.. they all give you platform to buy goods at wholesale price, but.. common.. their prices still too high..

I bought a list of wholesale suppliers and that list really really opened up my eyes.. it was like entering the new world.. 3000+ wholesale suppliers and cost only $45 bucks... www.topretailsuppliers.com

I think they closed down or what, but i think it was my best purchase.. anyways.. you can try looking for it..

8) You should not buy any Branded items from chinese website. I am sure they are 99% fake,
9) most cellphone, golf, software suppliers you can search in miami, florida area..
10) Your items must be in inventory  or else you are sure that you will recieve this item before a listing ends.
11) Always put the real actual pictures of items you are selling
12) do not waste your time looking for cheap electronics, brand name items, you are wasting your time.. there are soo many wholesalers/dropshippers who are already listed on ebay.. so you will be very lucky if you can beat price..
