This is the second part of my first guide on what all those little picture icons seen all over eBay represent and mean. If you have not read #1, be sure to read that one as well.

= This is the eBay About Me icon. When you see this next to a members name, you can click on it which will take you to that member's About Me page. Most people use this space to talk a little bit about themselves. Great way for a little bit of extra information on an eBay member if they use this page.

= eBay Store icon is when a eBay member has a store. You can click on this icon to visit it.

= This PowerSeller icon is highly coveted by most eBay members and needs to be earned. There are certain criteria that a member needs to meet before they can be eligible for this honor and status. They need to maintain a high level of sales each month consistently and have a feedback percentage of 98% or higher.

= This is the Shipping Discount Available icon. If you see this that means that the item in the listing is eligible for a shipping discount.

= ID Verify Icon. This is pretty important. ID verify is a way for eBay to verify a member's identity by a process that uses Equifax to cross check the information the user submits to eBay about their identity via the consumer data available about them. This helps protect members from people who join to partake on fraudulent activity. If a member has this icon, they have successfully completed the ID Verfiy process.

= Classified Ad Listing icon-- this means that the listing is in the form of a classified ad. The fees for this service are different than typical listing fees and are used for a variety of purposes.

= Reviewer and Guide Writer's Icon. This icon is given to eBay members who write reviews or guides, or even both. In order to get the icon next to their user name, though, they must have accumulated at least 100 helpfulness votes from other eBay members who have read their review or guide. There are also different rankings involved. For example, right now with all my reviews and guides I am in the top 5,000 ranking. I reached the 100 helpfullness vote mark so I now have this icon next to my eBay member name (TheMrs44012) permanently.

= The Star icon comes in many colors and varieties. They represent the amount of feedbacks that a member has received/earned. The types are: Yellow Star is earned with feedbacks of 10-49. The Blue Star are feedbacks from 50-99. The Turquoise Star is for feedbacks from 100-499. The Purple Star is for feedbacks from 500-999. The Red Star is for 1,000-4,999. The Green Star is 5,000-9,999. A Yellow "Shooting" Star is for feedbacks of 10,000 to 24,999. (*WOW*) The Turquoise "Shooting" star is for 25,000 to 49,999. The Purple "Shooting" Star is for 50,000 to 99,999. Lastly, the Red "Shooting" Star is for feedback scores of 100,000 or more.

= Changed User ID icon means that the eBay member has switched user names. If you click on it you will see the member's user ID history with eBay.

= This is the NEW Member icon. Anyone with this icon is considered a new member until they have a feedback score of 10 or more when they will then receive their "star" icon.

Well, I believe that is pretty much it as far as icons are concerned. There may be more but if I eliminated adding them it's because they are "every day" icons that are well known. I really hope you find this guide useful and if you have, please make sure you place a "vote" for it by hitting the Yes button at the bottom of this guide where it says "Was this guide helpful?" By hitting "yes" you place a vote for it which increases my ranking. Be sure to check out my other guides and have a wonderful day!
