I thought I knew a lot about eBay. I've been selling here for 8 years (5 of those as a PowerSeller) and between my three accounts have racked up over 15,000 positive feedback to 1 negative comment. So it was with some skepticism that I decided to try the eBay Seller Outreach program that was featured on the eBay home page.
Was I in for a pleasant surprise! I've had two phone sessions with a wonderful representative who has helped me a lot; specifically with customizing my eBay store, building a brand, using eBay pages, research, using keywords and feeds, and more. The three hours we have spent together on the phone have saved dozens of hours of time on my part and pointed my in directions I didn't know about; Erin pointed me in the right direction and gave me the encouragement and motivation I need to move forward with my business.
