Some of the sales end up without bidders due to price is too high.
But if You go to the market You can ask for discount when buying apples, cannot You?
So, why not to give the bidders chance to make "best offer" not only for the fixed sales?
Let's make a model of "underbid".
Seller does not know who offers it (to avoid personal contact and skip eBay final charges),but he must certainly
see the underbidder's feedback score,% of positives and country location, it would help to decide...
After auction has ended, the seller has an option of 24 hours to accept or to decline the "best underbid".
If auction gets real bids or gets relisted "underbiders" are automatically declined with email notice of it (so they cauld yet
decide to bid).
Please vote for the IDEA as useful or useless.
