At Everyday Essential Gifts, our motto is "The Joy of Giving".  The eBay Giving Works program is a win-win for everyone.

You may have noticed the eBay Giving Works logo  beside various listings.  This logo designates that a portion of the Final Value Sale Price of that listing will go towards a registered legitmate charity serviced through MissionFish.

When we say that this is a win-win for everyone it should be more accurately described as a win-win-win situation.

First off for the charity or non-profit organization, once you are registered:

• Anyone can sell an item and donate between 10%-100% of the proceeds to your cause.
• There is a $5.00 minimum donation on every item that sells.
• MissionFish will handle all of the processing for you.
• You can also list your own items as well.

For the buyer:

• You are getting the item of your choice while helping a worthwhile cause.
• There are not any separate forms for you to fill out, just bid as normal.
• You can actually see which charity you are donating to as well as read up on them.
• You can be assured that you are not being scammed, as MissionFish will ensure processing.

For the seller:

• You are also helping a worthwhile cause.
• Your listing will receive additional exposure.
• Your listing will be set apart from other listings because of the logo .
• If your listing sells, you will qualify for the eBay Giving Works Fee Credit Policy.
• Not to mention giving lets other on eBay know how you support the community.

We use this as part of our normal selling process on eBay.  Starting in 2008 all of our non-digitally delivered items will help support a charity.  Join us in helping to spread "The Joy of Giving".
