- Is the item thoroughly and accurately described?
- Does the seller respond to questions promptly and courteously?
- Is there a money back guarantee of authenticity?
- What Care can you Expect with the Seller's Shipping and Handling?
- When can you expect shipment?
- What method of shipment does the seller offer?
- How carefully will your purchase be packaged?
- Does the Seller's feedback reference shipping?
