I dont understand a few things in regards to the way some of these photos that are certified by the best in the buisness PSA_DNA and JSA as well. First let me start by saying they do a great job on the way they certify a photo using the the letter form that pertains to the piece that was certified, They explain what they see and they take a picture of the item that pertains to the piece, You get all this when you buy their top of the line certificate, . Again you get a letter page and a photo copy of the item on that same page and sticker that matches the COA. My problem is the way they certify LOTS meaning a group of photos that one may give them and they examin them by saying ( example Joe Dimaggio signing a Sport Magazine, next a newspaper clipping and so on, That to me isnt worth anything to anybody but the one whom has the lot certified. Now when someone who buys an item from that seller, The listing might say certified by psa what youll get is a lousy copy of the letter and a sports magazine with Joe D,s autograph in hopes its the one that was actually certified because theres no number that matches anything , you could be getting a fake sport magazine signed, theres no proof it was the one that was looked at.. It comes down to this they need to change this way of so called certifying by at least put a sticker on the piece and list the number on the letter that pertains to the sport magazine that they looked at. If thet certify items than it should be done right all the way around.
