you are better off buying a local scoot so you can see it, test drive etc.. You can also make sure there is a title etc....Its worth the wait to get a non china scooter .look in scoot mag etc...research where some are from.I have a piaggio typhoon and love it.need to kit it out.Too slow for l.a. getting new exhaust soon.
 not Jan 27 ,07 no kitting out .Scooter stock, juct change sparky every 1000 at the most maybe 800 and clean and re-oil the air filters yes the little one also. Mt piaggio has 4200 miles and is running strong,never dropped!!! 50 cc is too small to cruise los angeles.Ok for certain cities I would get a 125 or at least a honda elite 70
