)Use caution when purchasing motorcycle chrome accessories online.
The original parts on your bike may be of substantually higher grade than the after market parts.
A good example is replacement air filter cover by big dog show chrome, the fancy emblem on the front of their cover comes at a high price,both in money and in part quality.
The original is twice as heavy even though both are metalized plastic. the finish of the original is also much better.
Make sure that you know if the part is really metal or not. Much of the dress up chrome sold today is actually plastic.
It will still be shiny if it is plastic but it will be thick and clunky looking as in the plastic horn covers sold for hondas.
The final fit and finish will define your bike and as much as these parts cost you want them to still look good years down the road.
