Can anyone relate to this issue or do they know anything about it?

I have suspicion and reason to believe that there are sellers out there that have several other accounts on Ebay to place fictitious bids on items they are selling so that you can bid higher and higher for thier item.

Has anyone noticed this when they are bidding?
