When you are making a purchase on ebay there are time limits that you need to be aware of as to items not recieved and payment not recieved. If you are dealing with an exceptionally eloquent smooth talking seller that has given you a lot of excuses even if they are really good excuses, you must report your item not recieved before the deadline. I believe it is ninety days for item not recieved and thirty days for payment not recieved. I purchased an item for one hundred and fifty dollars that I never recieved. Now I have no recourse and no refund because this slick seller wasted time untill I could no longer report him to ebay. So remember every time you make a purchase you need to remember these deadlines so you wont get ripped off too.
