I would like to respond to someone who wrote a guide regarding liquidation.com. If you file a credit card dispute and win, liquidation.com will shut down your account because you violated their terms and conditions. I won an clothing auction and the items arrived with a horrible odor. I filed a dispute and sent them an item over night mail. I was told that the item did not smell and that they were going to charge my credit card. I then filed a dispute with my Visa who found in my favor. Several days later, my liquidation.com account was terminated.
This was not the first time I had contacted them regarding various items. The other time, I sent pictures of my shipment. The condition that the boxes arrived in was awful. The clothes were hanging out of the boxes, the boxes were torn and ripped, busting open, etc. I sent liquidation.com 5-6 pictures to show them the condition in case they needed to speak with UPS, and was never contacted.
I also contacted ebay after I received my stinky shipment, alerting them that this company should be allowed to buy ads on ebay. Customer service said that they would pass it along.
I wish that there was something we could do so make liquidation.com responsible for their business actions but if you google them, it seems that people have tried and failed. Therefore, I would just stay away from them.
