this is a follow on from my previous guide.

after an absolute promise by jack from barclaysphoto that my item would finally be shipped to the uk immediately, after all the trouble i had gone thru, as soon as i wrote some positive feedback/review for him on ebay. all jack did from then on was ignore my phone calls, pass me over to other staff who were embarrassed by what he was doing because of the fact he was general manager for this company. so ultimately he conned me into writing my previous review under the pretence he was going to put everything right. what kind of company can this be if they employ a general manager of this calibre.

anyway, frimy has now taken over from dealing with me and it seems things might get sorted out but i wont count my chickens before they hatch.
