I bought a razor from oemkings and it failed within a month  7 days is their return policy It had no factory warranty from motorola. I bought the squaretrade warranty which was by far the biggest ripoff. I sent oemkings an email and explained the situation to them and they emailed me back and said they would repair or replace my phone I shipped it to them they emailed me back and said they would repair it but I would have to pay and only gave a labor cost and wouldn't give a parts cost so I told them I would have repaired somewhere else. I asked them to send it back. I recieved an empty envelope and oemkings after weeks of trying to contact them tole me that was my problem. I can't believe ebay allows them to continue selling and I can't believe that ebay endorses the way square trade does business but they do.
