This guy sends off very official looking 2nd chance offers on cars that have not met reserve, and accepts your offer.
He then states that the shipping is free, but you must send a deposit (in the case of the XLR $1900.00) to a third party working with ebay, and it must be sent by Western Union wire service. He is so generous that he even agrees to pay half of the wire charge! All security protection is stated in the 2nd chance offer acceptance, but it is a big scam. Once the money is picked up you never hear from them again. Do not ever agree to send "instant money" buy any means and make sure that the offer came thru ebay before you make any reply whatsoever. CAUTION: He may use any vehicle.
