I am a coach resaler. I purchase coach items from the coach outlet and perfect my shopping technique to get the best possible price. Then I offer it on ebay.. I do not accept returns because, it is a hassle. Instead I offer a gift receipt that can exchange or return for credit at any coach outlet or retail store. The fact that I do not accept returns is not a reason to assume that the seller is not selling authentic product.
