Please be careful when searching for namebrands, not all name brands are authentic in ebay. I have found that some babyphat , aeropostale, hollister  are not authentic. To help look for authentic brands go to the **regular websites**. {Example: Say you want Babyphat, on your home page type in babyphat, allow your photographic memory open up} I would keep one down by your start menu and compare the items.

1.  First study the way the items are made, the beltloops, the pockets, and the material, the way the name is printed on the pants and the inside tag. Shirts : I would do the same. Some people have  sewn the stuff on, and even the back patch. Some people are darn good sewers. So, please be careful!!! 

2. Big one: look at the inside tag!! Most of the time it will say babyphat or southpole or mecca. Not just the care of the item. Most people forget to change this. Every southpole I own has southpole on the inside tag. The babyphat usually always has babyphat wrote all over the inside of the pockets {if you turn the pants inside out}. Aeropostale always has it written on the inside tag to. But this still does not always say you will be safe.

3. The style of the product, The way the legs are made the pockets are formed. You dont want to pay 50.00 for something they might have bought at a yardsale for 1.00, and the cost of a little thread.
