I have been scammed i purhased a atv from chicago the guy had me wire transfer $2900.00 western union. ive never purchased anything on ebay b4 so i didnt have an account so i started one and now it seems that we didnt even use ebay but all the paperwork that i got looked like it was correct so sent him the money it was supposed to be safe and secure going to an ebay rep named C-------- D---- .but she wasnt who she was supposed to be. what can i do i dont have his name,ebay id, or anything else because he had pulled the auction after i emailed him the first time to his personal email address.
