Just read a posting on negative feedback, and i agree with the author.  "Don't give it, even if the buyer, or seller deserves it,--because they will usually retaliate "out of
spite".  people use it as a weapon, and ebay knows this.  ebay is legally protected now, but i hope they are legally taken to court in the future.  we need another large
auction site to use as an alternative.  Ebay is pretty much a monopoly and needs competition.
