OK, AS AN AC TECH, HERES WHAT I LOOK FOR. FIRST RIGHT OFF THE BAT BELT, DOES THE COMPRESSOR CENTER SPIN FREELY, POWER TO THE COMPRESSOR THEN TO THE BINARY (PRESSURE SWITCH)

OR IF SERPINTINE IT COULD BE A COMBO OF 2. BAD TENSIONER OR MISALIGNED TENSIONER.
IF YOU HAVE A SERPINTINE BELT THEN MORE THEN LIKELY YOU HAVE A SPRING TENSIONER. THE BEST THING YOU COULD POSSIBLY DO FOR IT IT AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH OPEN YOUR HOOD AND YANK ON THET BELT AND MAKE THE TENSIONER MOVE. OTHERWISE IT WEAR A GROOVE ON THE INSIDE AND THE NEXT TIME YOU GO TO MOVE IT OUT OF THIS GROOVE, IT WILL BREAK THE NYLON INSIDE AND THATS JUST THE BEGGINING OF YOUR PROBLEMS THEN.
