I have found that Ephedrasil Hardcore does cause me to be absent minded, I forget things. Also I am taking the max dose (3 pills 2 times a day). And it seems to take about an hour to an hour and a half before  it really kicks in and I feel the full effects. It seems like the full effect seems to last a couple hours and then it SLOWLY starts to wear off.
