- 出品料： 一律 US$0.35 （開始価格・同類アイテムの出品数にかかわらず何点でも）
- 出品延長期間： 30日まで

送料無料やお得な送料設定は、バイヤーが継続して特定のセラーのアイテムを購入することになる、重要なファクターです。
eBay がショッピングの際の一番の選択肢として利用されるよう、サイト全体で送料の値下げを行います。10月初旬より、eBay.comにおいて、お得な送料設定とメディア・アイテム（CD、DVD、マンガ等）の送料の上限制限を実施いたします。
また同時に、バイヤーに対して積極的に優良なサービスを提供くださるセラーの皆さまを対象として、パートナーシップを結んでいきたいと考えております。特に、送料無料の提供などをしてくださるセラーの皆さまには、これからの年末商戦にむけて、なんらかの特典などもご提供したいと考えております。

We’re improving the shopping experience on eBay.com in efforts to increase successful selling. We believe that as more people continue to shop on eBay because of our huge selection and convenience, sellers’ businesses will have even greater opportunities to thrive.
Here are key highlights of the changes:
Reduced Fixed Price Upfront Fees
On September 16, we’ll be introducing changes to the Fixed Price format that dramatically reduces upfront fees, so sellers can bring their entire inventory onto eBay at a low cost.
Key features of the new Fixed Price format:
- Flat rate insertion fee of US$0.35 for any starting price, and any quantity of similar items.
- Extended listing duration of up to 30 days

*Please note:* There will be no changes to selling using the Auction format.
Better Bargains for Buyers
Reasonable or Free Postage
Offering reasonable postage charges or free postage is a great way to give buyers better buys so they continuously shop from you.
To ensure eBay remains the shopping destination of choice, we would like to lower postage costs across the site. From early October,we’ll be starting by introducing reasonable postage and handling limits for media items on eBay.com.
At the same time, we’d like to continue partnering with sellers who proactively deliver great buyer experiences. If you offer free postage on your listings, we would like thank you with a range of special incentives during the upcoming holiday season:
- Free Subtitle for all sellers
- Double discounts for PowerSellers who already enjoy Final Value Fees discounts
Right now, when you offer free postage, you already enjoy:
- Higher priority in search results
- Potential homepage exposure
- “Free Shipping” logo on your listings

We are also taking steps to ensure consistent customer service levels are maintained on eBay, so buyers keep shopping here. We don’t want the reputation of our good sellers ruined by a few bad sellers.
So from November, we are asking that sellers maintain a minimum 4.3 DSR score in all four areas in order to continue selling on eBay.com
