This is what is being SOLD  as a secret in two languages here on Ebay. I can email #2 to you for $1.75 (sorry, I'm sarcastic by nature) or you can simply read it. I'm sorry but I believe if there is a way to save people money by simply sharing information, it is the right thing to do WITHOUT charging to do so. Too many times here on Ebay, people charge for information. "Secrets" that will save you money. It's true that there are ways to save on things that nasty companies build into their products like the Zeno acne treatment tips. Those pop on ends that cost way too much after they have charged a fortune for the device. A chip simply counts cycles and shuts the units down after a certain count. You know our youth would find ways around it and here they are, FREE! The first 2 are basically the same however I find it helpful to read things in different ways for a clear view. My son won't use his unit so I discovered the following while looking for a fresh cartridge to sell with his Zeno and discovered these "secrets" on some obscure sites. This is the information being sold as secrets. I believe sharing is magic. 

1)Turn it on and it gets hot and when it is ready (green) - click it and before 30 secs are up - unclick it (this doesn't hurt your count) so then you leave it on the pimple and when it goes back to green ready for use click it and unclick right away...the heat is maintained because ZENO stays heated for reuse so it doesn't cool and you get the same amount of heat on the pimple without the ridiculous counting against you.
    

2)You can keep reusing your Zeno cartridge & never buy one again!
Turn on your device for the "warm up mode" within 10-12 seconds it is up to temp, put it on your treatment area at that time. The zeno will beep letting you know it's up to temp but DON'T hit the button to start the cycle as this will take a use off of the microchip. Even when the Zeno shut downs automatically (because you didn't hit the cycle button) it holds temp for a while also. This method obviously takes longer but you can get a lot more use out of your Zeno cartridges and make them last longer. Even if you only have 1 use left in the Zeno this method will save you if you can't get to a refill place to buy one right away. You use this method for the small bothersome ones that don't need the "full cycle" treatment. Patience will save you money! That's why feedback on some info sellers mentions time & patience.

3)Each cartridge tip has a counter built in. Once you reach the maximum applications, the chip inside shuts down the tip. But, if you remove the tip from time to time before it reaches it's maximum number of applications, it resets the counter back to zero and you can use it as long as possible. The trick is you have to reset this before it reaches the maximum count.

#3 is reported to work on some units but not others. 1 & 2 seem to work for all of them and can save you quite a bit. I am also writing an ACNE advise guide I hope helps. HUGE UPDATE- I have spoken to Manufacturers rep and been told this method is not effective. It can't work because they have built in a "safeguard" that doesn't allow the device to get to full temp until mid cycle!!! Remember that this is a cutting edge technology company that has responded to "misuse" of their devices to guarantee tip sales. Here is a brief release made in response that indicates, but doesn't directly respond. "Zeno relies on carefully controlled heat doses in order to kill P. acne bacteria. After multiple cycles of heating and cooling a treatment tip can degrade and become unable to reach sufficient temperature, reducing the efficacy of Zeno's therapy. The Zeno Treatment Tips are therefore limited to 90 treatment cycles to ensure that the thermal efficiency cannot degrade to the point of preventing adequate treatment temperature. Once you reach the end of your treatment cycles with your treatment tip you will need to purchase a new replacement tip so your Zeno device will work at it's optimal level."
