                             Stock Market Investing Technique #2

                                       Dogs Of The Dow

Dogs of the Dow is one of the most powerful stock techniques, and the reason for this is because it gives you the best stocks in the world at their worst time.  The basics of how it works is every year you buy the five worst stocks on the Dow Jones Industrial Average.  But wait!  You are probably saying to yourself it can’t really be that simple.  Well, yes it can.  Now here is how to find the five worst Dow Jones stocks.  First we make a work sheet that lists all thirty Dow Jones industrial average stocks the work sheet looks like this.....

Name of    symbol   dividend      closing      10 highest        lowest
Dow                         yield            price         yields              price
Jones
Stock

Now That We Have Made Are Work Sheet

The first thing we do is write down the names of all the Dow Jones Industrial Average Stock’s under the heading name of Dow Jones Stock.

The second thing we do is write down the symbol of the Dow Jones stocks under symbol.

The third thing we do is write down the dividend yields under dividend yield.

The fourth thing we do is write down the closing prices of the stock under closing price.

The fifth thing we do is circle the ten stocks with the highest dividend yields then write the yields down under 10 highest yields.

The sixth thing we do is write down the closing prices of the 10 highest yielding stocks under lowest price.

Here is how we make our money:  We buy the five stocks with the highest dividend yields and lowest prices.  We hold these stocks for a year then sell them the very next year.  Then we do this process all over again.  That is all there is to it.  Note:  This process should take no more then one hour to complete.
