Our family owns several of these little MP3 players! T hey are simple to operate, which is helpful to my husband, who doesn't want to have to work at having relaxing music.  I am totally addicted to audio books so I load the books onto my Zen Micro, latch it onto a lanyard around my neck & listen while I clean house, paint, mow grass, work at my job, ride on an airplane, etc.  I have dropped my player several times, but never had it break!  I keep it in a leather case, though, which also may help to protect it from impact.  I have also left it in direct sunlight in my car (here in the sunny south), but it plays well and has never given me any problems!  One word of advice, GET THE COMFY HEADPHONES if you plan to use them!  Don't worry with the cheapies that make your ears sore!
