Our supplier operates their in-house plants with heavy machinery, and equipments with large capital and investments in order to produce better adapters, good enough to achieve CE Certify standard!

Other adapters are usually produced from locking 3 pieces of metal together, this induces weak points in the adapter, result in a less durably product.  This is comparatively a cheaper process.

In the diagram below, it shows the disintegration of our adapter.  The metal part was created from one piece of molten metal; this gives a better physical protection, especially against shock or pressure resulted from accidental dropping, other abuses results from carrying around or normal wear and tear.   As handling of metal splashes and slag requires well trained professionals, heavy machinery, and extensive protective meausures, the manufacturing process is a huge investment and dedication in order to produce good quality products.

Another advantage of making this adapter from one piece of metal, plus good quality plastic shield is, it offers a better protection of electromagnetic radiation results from the constant flow of electricity inside this adapter.  This helps to shield away radiation which may interfere other home electrical appliances while using the laptop.  A common example is, other cheaper adapters may emits radiation that may interfere home TV.  In our adapters, that was never happened.

Of course, better conductivity, longer lasting are also the benefits, otherwise, how can we offer 2 years of warranty?!  So why buy cheap imports that don't stand up to the daily rigors of field & studio abuse when we offer a better adapter at a better price! ...
