This is a review of the bike of the year, the Yeti 575. If you are not informed about this bike then there is a lot to be told. Lets start with its 5.75" of rear travel. Not only is this enough travel to eat up the most devistation drops and DH runs, it is also equiped with SPV, and a unique wishbone design that allow the rider to maintain very high efficiency and speed throught their travels. Lets look away from this magnificient frame design and look at the compentents, or build kits. This bike can be built to be a 24lb cross country racer, or a 32 lb Free Ride machine. Most of the Yeti's out there try and do a mix of these, to make the perfect, "Do it all Bike".
I have had experience on SantaCruz, Yeti, trek, Specialized, Giant. All of these are fine manufactures, but the Yeti, with its hand welded frame from Golden, Colorado stands the test of time and in my opinion is hands down the best bike out there.
I hope you find time to appreciate this wonderful bike.
