Well, there and many things to say about this scooter. First off, i have had this for about 2 months and I believe that for $400, this scooter is actually a good buy. When you buy a chinese gas scooter, you can expect there to be many thing wrong with until u get it running. When i recieved this scooter, I was happy and it came is perfect condition, no dinks or breaks anywhere. Then, I put it together. I started it up, and i noticed that the air/gas mix wasnt right. This was one of the most annoying things and I spent about 30 min on this step. When it started running, I noticed all the torque that it had for $400. Some problems with this were the bolts, the gas tank, the skid plate, and the most annoying, the freewheel. THE BOLTS ARE CRAP. THEY STRIP IF TURNED TO HARD. ALSO, THE TOOLS THAT THIS SCOOTER COMES WITH ARE CRAP. The gas tank always came loose. One day while riding it, the gas tank fell out. The design to keep this in was just purley crap. So, insted of their idea, i put a spacer in instead of their design and it has been holdling strong for 3 weeks now. The skid plate fell off also, so I glued it on with epoxy, this worked fine. And the worst of them all, the freewheel. After 1 week of this scooter, the freewheel broke so the scooter wouldnt even move even on full throttle. So we ordered another one. This one broke also. So just knowing that they will keep on breaking, I welded this part on so there was no freewheel. This is what i would recommend to anyone who  buys it so they dont have to go though what i did. Now, on with the ups to this scooter. This scooter has alot of power. Even from a dead stop on a 25 degree angle, this scooter quickely picked up speed and got up this. The engine starts up and runs very well. On a 30 degree day, it started up in 4 pulls or just running the electic start for 4 seconds. The electric start is pretty cool for a scooter, and it works very well. Kind of like a hybrid, it charges while the scooter runs so you never really have to plug it in at home. These scooters go 25 mph stop not 35 like they say. For $400, this scooter is a really good once you get though all of the problems that will occur in the beginning. I hope this guide will help you to deciding to buy this scooter or not; just remember that this scooter is CHINESE.
