Last year we purchased an X-250 and two X360 scooters for our 3 children for Christmas gifts. The quality is very poor. They are cheap plastic and easily crack and break. In addition, if you are a mechanic - you may be ok in fixing them everytime they fall apart or break down - unfortunately we are not. We are not familiar with junk made in China and how to repeatedly repair them. Support is good as far as the people you deal with but for some reason they will NEVER send you a new scooter if your does not work. You will be told to test the batteries, test to see if wiring is correctly working - you need a volt meter... Long story short - we went back and forth with Extreme Scooters on our 7 year old daughter's X250 scooter to try to fix it and no luck. After one year (by the time they get back to you and you buy the tools you need to trouble shoot - it is months) they now tell us we no longer qualify for free support. My daughter rode it once on Christmas day and in the spring when she went to ride it again - it was dead. Same goes for the X360 for our 14 year old. Luckily we got that working but it is cracked everywhere. DO NOT BUY THESE SCOOTERS. The look is enticing but you will be disappointed - I guarantee you.
