Of late, the prices are starting to go down towards retail, and I would recommend purchasing one on eBay if you have that extra cash instead of that extra few hours needed to get one at a local retailer. This new system can be purchased in the official "core package" or the more popular "premium package." What is the difference you ask? Well, the core package includes the system, of course, one wired controller, and several offers and such. as it is called, the core system gives the less serious gamers what they need at the price they want. Suggested retail of $300. The all popular "premium package" is indeed a great deal for those who have live, and want to save money. I myself have one and I would recommend the premium. It includes the core system, with one WIRELESS controller, one comforting headset, HD cables, 20gb hard drive, one ethernet cable, and standard instructions and manuals. Suggested retail $400. Now for my favorite part, features. The new xbox 360 dashboard is highly sophisticated with a number of options and great attractions. Through it, you can download FREE demos and trailers for games and possible movies in the future. listen to music, chat with friends, and play the highly abdictive xbox arcade games. If you want the next thing, go purchase a game and stare in awe at the performance, strength, and beauty of them. Xbox live can work on almost all games, and is well worth the cost. If you are looking for a next gen console, and can't decide PS3 or Xbox 360, feel free to wait, but with Xbox, the future is now!
