As we all know, the gaming console fight nowadays mainly lies between Xbox and Playstation 3. Both have mostly the same features, with a few advantages and disadvatages on either side. For example, the PS3s blu ray player, Xbox's 250 gb hard drive. So quite a lot of us are stuck in between an Xbox or a PS3. So heres a quick comparison between the two.

Internet Gaming- When it comes to Internet Gaming, Playstation have the advantage as their online gaming service is free. But its not all that simple, Xbox have a service called "Xbox Live" which works out at $80 a year, the price includes many advantages including your very own profile.

The Console- The Xbox 360 Elite has a bigger hard drive than the PS3 by quite a margin, but do you really need 250gb? Probably not. The Playstations 60/40 gb is far more sensible. The graphics on each console are virtually, if not the exact same. An advantage to Xbox is that Halo, officially the best game in the world is only on Xbox. The Price tag on the PS3 is also, not that cheap at $780 for the top of the range model, whereas the top of the range Xbox 360 (the elite version) comes for $500

Overall, I would recommend the 360 elite as it has a much bigger hard drive, better online gaming service ($80 a year isn't that muchfor a far better experience) , but mainly for the price, there is a $300 difference between the elite and the PS3, and a $420 difference between the Premium and the PS3.
