Well, once again I am being plagued!  This guy is relentless in his persuit of my money!  I have been sent nothing and he has STOLEN 1280.00!

My bank credited my account but this savey thief has sent them proof of his ad.  Why they thought that was enough to give him my money is beyond me.  Now I have had to file with the FBI cyber crimes unit. the local police and his local police.  I am sending 3 affidavits to the Bank and Paypal and Ebay.  It is a mess.  My bank funds are in the negitive and bills are backed up. 

ALL THIS IS 100% TRUE! 

I am not sure what the end result will be but this guy should be in JAIL! My cousins husband is one of the top Federal Prosecutors in the state.  He said if this doesn't get me anywhere he will get involved at the federal level. 

I am luckier then most due to my contacts, but this is still a terrible mess.  BE VERY WEARY of anyone on Ebay! 

There should be a better system for prosecution of liers and thieves on the internet.  It is the lack of such a system which is what this person is relying on to steal from US.

ADDED INFO:  my friends... it is almost 2 years now.  I want you to know this guy changed his user ID and had several.  If a person isnt A rated or a power seller be very careful.  EBAY doesnt protect users in the way it appears.  You need to protect yourself by being careful with the transactions you make.  The person above put my life thru hell.  He claimed to EBAY he didnt knwo about it.  He wrote me with hsi email address making all types of excuses.  SO he was talking out of two sides of his mouth and the best part (not really) was EBAY and THE BAKS protected HIM!   I had to do so much work simply to get MY money back!  He cost me time and money and so much aggrevation.  PLEASE  be careful when buying on ebay!

I did get a power seller to send me my protect and in fact I am using it now.  I am happy with what I bought.  YET as stated before this criminal is working a system which is inter state.  The laws are new.  The internet as a place to buy is new.  BE FOREWARNED!   Check everything out before you use PAYPAL or EBAY to send money for a product.  This jerk sent some bs form as if he was sending my product and he never sent a thing.
