When I was just starting using e-bay, I had only used PayPal one time.  I did not fully understand it and when I had been the the highest bidder on an item, I realized I did not have the money in my paypal account.  I had made a deposit the day before, but I did not know it would take so long to clear from an account in good standing with a Bank that had operations in all 50 states.  I contacted to seller and explained this to them and they were understanding and worked with me to get the problem handled and also to guide me in some of the finer areas that I may make a mistake in.  I'm finding if you are dealing with someone that cares about their trustworthy rating on e-bay, they will help you greatly in keeping yours, if only you will ask and do what they suggest.  Good Luck and have fun!
