I have been a wood carver for more than 45 years and sold carving kits and tools for almost as long. I try to get the best knives I can and sell at a very reasonable price. I sell Warren brand razor sharp knives that have been made in Rhinebeck, N.Y., USA, since 1927. They are made from high grade carbon steel. The handles feature a 3-way solid brass chuck that holds all of Warrens interchangeable tools. The Warren knives I sell are selected for quality and price. I’m not a professional writer or wood carver, but I do have experience carving. I wouldn’t want to sell some of the cheap carving sets like Xacto etc.. They are dangerous and can only lead to more frustration for a beginning carver. Buy quality reputable tools, you wont regret it. I started carving when I was in Boy Scouts and remember the problems of a beginner.
