There are motorcycle jackets, boots, helmets, and gloves made just for women.  The sizing has historically been pretty small but as the women's motorcycle market has grown to above 10 %, the industry is taking notice and building some very good products just for women. Just take a look.

LADIES MESH RIDING JACKETS

LADIES RIDING BOOTS

VEGA makes three different riding boots for women.  Different in styles but also different in that they are made for women, made for riding, and made for walking.  All their boots are made of leather and have an good sturdy rubber sole.  They have a shiftpad sewn into the toe so the gear shifter won't wear a hole in your boot and vents for air which is great for warm weather riding.  Two of the VEGA boots are ankle boots and wear just like a tennis shoe but built for riding.  Customers tell us all the time how comfortable these boots are once they get off the bike.  These are available in women's sizes 5 to 11.  Half sizes are not available so if you wear a half size, just move up to the next whole size.  These boots also run a little wide about a C width.  They retail from $59.99 to $69.99.  To see more information on these boots, click on the following link:  Ladies Riding Boots at helmets-n-more.com ebay store

LADIES OLYMPIA RIDING GLOVES

Olympia Gloves makes many styles of women's riding gloves.  They are made specifically for women at the factory which means no more too long fingers.  They make gloves for the woman off road rider, the woman crusier rider, and even for the women sportbike rider.  The also make vented gloves, armored gloves, mittens, and gortex cold weather gloves.  The best feature of Olympia riding gloves is that they use full grain leather. That is, they use one piece of leather to sew their glove.  Many companies use that same one piece of leather and split it into two pieces of leather to make two pair of gloves.  This is what they call split grain leather.  Further, Olympia drum dyes all their gloves.  They take the leather and soak it in a drum vat so the leather will take on the full color of the glove.  Many companies stretch the tar out of the piece of leather and then spray paint it.
