This doll is not available at Walmart, Toys R us or any other place.  The problem I see is that this doll is VERY popular. There may be a few sitting around at Walmart on shelfs , but not in this area. There are a lot of cross over OZ collectors and Barbie collectors who have put her in high demand. This is the first green faced witch in  all the OZ series and every one who has an OZ collection from past OZ series wants  her.  She flew off the shelfs everywhere. My advise is if you can find her at a reasonable price on Ebay at this time, say under $30.00 it would be a good idea.
