Wind Power is just results from solar heat changing time to time. Therefore to my imagination since wind flows in different directions at different times and has different strength at different terrain. I find Hig wind velocity on plain areas at higher altitudes whereas this is not the case on the higher mountains. Mountains do have the wind velocity on the peaks at closer to surface.

I really Request Malariologists and Scientists to consider what i observed myself it maybe wrong.
