Match up the Vhs format ( NTSC or PAL ) with your Video Player playing format, check anywhere on your video player to see what format your Video player plays in
NTSC VHS + NTSC VIDEO PLAYER = YES IT WILL PLAY
NTSC VHS + PAL VIDEO PLAYER = NO IT WILL NOT PLAY
