Please note that Italian Customs reject skin care products we send, most of the times. The products are then returned to us and then, amazingly, we have to pay fees to the US Customs. By the time we "finished" with an Italian order, we lost the value of the products, the shipping costs, the cost of shipping back from Italy plus the US customs fees.
We MUST reject orders from Italy, Sorry to our Italian customers, but it is not our fault! We tried so many times and it is time we give up. Ebay does not offer the option of Europe BUT not Italy. We will see what we can do about this. Incidentally, we have family in Italy. How do we ship to them? Photos and the like go by Fedex, at a huge cost. Anything else waits until we (or them) visit.
