You may have noticed the SKYPE  logo on various listings.  We have found this to be a great tool with communicating with customers.  We use it on every listing we post to eBay.

For those who do not know, SKYPE is a FREE software you can download that will let you TALK or CHAT with your customers.  SKYPE is an eBay company and can even be located in Turbolister or when you list a product they old fashion way on eBay.  It also comes in 28 languages!

We find this tool to be extremely useful when email just won't get it or instead of email.  Also it is a great alternative to the regular phone since SKYPE to SKYPE calls are FREE.  You can even call cell phones, regular phones, send text messages for low rates as well.

SKYPE is just like other instant messaging software you may already be familar with but with way more features.  First off, it keeps a chat log for each of your contacts.  It also includes features such as:
