Q: Hi I recently bought a battery charge indicator from you. I want to use it on my boat. I have been testing it & I think it may be faulty. I connected the unit up fine with the battery fully charged & the green light was lit. I attached a 12v lamp to the battery & left it for 2 days to drain. I tried it last night & the engine wouldn't turn over so the battery had been discharged but the indicator still showed the battery had full charge. Could you tell me what the indicator measures? Thanks
A: Just want to let you know, the battery meter is not a one fits all application.
but the battery type shouldn't be any matter with the gauge itself, as
long as the voltage matches our setups.
Depends on the battery type and condition, the result might vary, our
setup was designed for the general usage, some battery might find it a
little dis-match(higher or lower.)
So often times, we do a customize meter up on a request, and we
collect the data from user, full and low charge of the voltage etc.
