the power supply is bad or the blank media is not compatible with the drives.
Very often that duplicator manufacturer overlook the importance of high quality power source for CD DVD duplicator.
It is very hard for enduser to pick a good power source but it is easy to ask for a duplicator with certified component such as: UL, FCC+ CSA(Canada)+TUV(Germany).
