The Bender Ball was developed by master trainer Leslee Bender-- who has over 35 years in the fitness industry.


By placing the Bender Ball at your lower back-and then extending backward--wow-- you end up using all the muscles in your core--even those hard to reach obliques. AND IT SUPPORTS YOUR LOWER BACK making it VERY hard ( I didn't say impossible)to strain those often misused muscles.

In addition -- it's  REALLY hard NOT to engage your core muscles using the Bender Ball.You use ALL your ab muscles using the ball and following Leslee's DVD's.You use upper, lower and oblique ab muscles!

So. in short-- it helps you to engage ALL your abdominal/core muscles, while supporting your lower back!
