I recently purchased a Motorola RAZR phone after hearing all the hype about the madness surrounding these phones. I discovered that in all honesty, these phones are just a fad. They appear to be so "slim" when you first get them, but wait until you open them up (and I mean by that is they are flip phones). You'll feel like you are holding Zach Morris's cell phone up to your ear. The camera doesn't come with flash, though they go on and on about how great the camera is. They also brag about the zoom features, yah right. If you zoom in more than once, the photo looks horrible! The buttons are hard to push. They are flat, almost touch-screen like, so trust me, you might jumble up the numbers and have to redial several times, like I did. I also have small hands, so its not an issue of big fingers. They are also VERY VERY flimsy, as in if you drop it, you might be screwed. And they are very costly to replace. Also, the hearing on the phones aren't that great. My husband and I called eachother from numerous places and struggled very much so to hear. And they have these side buttons to adjust the volume, well they make this horrible loud noise every time you press them. You can't turn that feature off! It gets annoying! The phone menu is no greater than your basic cell phone, so don't look for anything impressive there.
I write this review because I luckly had the option of trading my phone in for another. Please, if you are going to buy one, play with a real one in the store for quite some time.
