I believe every avid sportsman needs a great multi-tool like the Leatherman Wave. It is the best multi-tool I have ever owned. I have used other multi-tools and they just can’t compare to the WAVE!

The tool is not too big and it fits well on my belt making it possible to have the Wave with me everywhere I go. Another advantage of the Wave is that the most used tools are easy to access. The two knives on the Wave, the straight edge and the serrated blade, are on the outside of the tool and easy to get to. It is important to me that I don’t need to open the multi-tool just to use the knives, saw, or file. With the Leatherman Wave, the tools lock into place so they cannot close on your hand causing injury. And, because it is a Leatherman, the steel holds an edge which is great for keeping your blades sharp.

There is a Leatherman for everyone! They come in many different sizes and with all kinds of accessories. One of my favorite places to use my Leatherman is when I am fishing with my kids. I usually don’t even have time to put it back into the leather case before I need to use it again. And it is much more convenient than digging around in some toolbox trying to find the right tool. Everything I need is on my Leatherman and right at my fingertips.
